I select the top-notch vendors that match your project and budget, I present them to you, and all you have to do is approve! Don’t understand all the fine print? I’ll explain and translate if needed, in English or German.
Are you visiting Toulouse? I’ll take you to visit venues and taste the caterer’s menus (the best part!). No visit planned before the big day? Everything happens remotely. One step at a time, we approve the vendors, and you see your project gradually taking shape. When the final stretch arrives, we meet on a terrace to clarify the day’s schedule. The day before your wedding, I’m there to supervise the setup and answer your questions, as well as those of your guests, in French, English, or German. And finally, the big day is here, you’re getting married!!! You’re surrounded by your closest loved ones, living the day you described to me at our first meeting. It truly is your wedding!

Do you want to find your vendors yourself?
Go for it! Move at your own pace, contact your reception venue, caterer, photographer, and all your service providers. I’ll be by your side to advise you and review your contracts. You’re independent, but you have a professional by your side to double-check everything.
Once your vendors are approved, I take over the logistics to become their sole point of contact. From there, you can relax and let yourself be carried away…
I manage the schedule for the final weeks, supervise the setup the day before, and coordinate the entire wedding day to free you from all stress.

A Smooth Experience and Bilingual Support
To reveal what is essential to you, my essential is you. Understanding who you are, and feeling, with all my senses, the wedding that truly moves you.
Once you’ve shared your project with me, I set up the action plan with my tools:
- Electronic signature for quotes, contracts, and general terms and conditions of sale
- Shared tracking space, with retro planning, provisional and actual budgets, and selected vendors
- Backup folder for all signed contracts and quotes with vendors
- Discussion forum for organized exchanges
- Coordination folder shared with all your vendors in the final weeks before your wedding
Whatever support you choose, I am there for you, for your guests, and for your vendors. I am in contact with your loved ones who are preparing surprises for you. I supervise the setup the day before the wedding.
I am present on your wedding day before the first vendor arrives (often the hairdresser or makeup artist), and I stay until the first dance. I leave once dessert has been served, all surprises have passed, and all you have left to do is dance the night away…
Optionally, I can return the next day for brunch and/or cleanup.
